Lead times are indicative. Actual delivery depends on producer availability, carrier capacity, and your location. Producers will confirm estimated dispatch at order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated per order and displayed at checkout. Costs vary by producer, product weight, and destination. Some producers offer free shipping above a minimum order value β this is shown on the product page where applicable.
Once your order is dispatched, the producer will provide a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your shipment in real time. In-app order tracking is planned for a future release.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Perishable items that cannot be redelivered within 24 hours may be returned to the producer β redelivery fees will apply in that case.
If products arrive damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph the damage immediately. Report the issue to support@craftlink.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will coordinate with the producer to arrange a replacement or credit.
CraftLink producers ship to the following regions. Coverage varies by producer β the product page indicates available shipping destinations.
All 50 states. Some alcohol shipping restrictions apply depending on state laws. See individual product pages for state availability.
All provinces and territories. Provincial liquor board regulations apply. B2B import licences may be required.
Available from EU-based producers. Cross-border VAT and excise duty obligations apply. Buyers are responsible for import compliance.
