Ordering & Minimum Orders

What is the minimum order quantity?

Each product displays its minimum order quantity (MOQ) on the product page. MOQs vary by producer — typically 1 case (6 or 12 bottles) for wine and a minimum of one keg or 24 cans/bottles for beer. Contact the producer directly if you need a custom arrangement.

Can I mix products from different producers in a single order?

Orders are currently fulfilled per producer. If you order from multiple producers, you will receive separate shipments and separate invoices for each producer. A consolidated cart feature is planned for a future release.

Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

All prices shown are ex-VAT (net) B2B prices. Applicable taxes will be calculated and itemised at checkout based on your business location and local regulations.

Account Access

Who can register on CraftLink?

CraftLink is a B2B platform. Registration is open to legally registered businesses — restaurants, bars, hotels, retail shops, and other licensed trade buyers. Personal/consumer accounts are not supported at this time.

What information do I need to register?

You will need: your company name, tax/VAT ID, registered business address, contact person name, business email address, and phone number. Your account is active immediately upon registration — no email verification is required.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Password reset functionality is coming soon. In the meantime, please contact our support team at support@craftlink.com and we will assist you promptly.

Can I browse products without an account?

Yes. All product listings, categories, and product detail pages are accessible to visitors without logging in. An account is required to place orders.

Returns & Quality

What is the returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are damaged, incorrectly delivered, or significantly different from their description. Due to the perishable nature of craft beverages, returns for change-of-mind are not accepted. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

How is product quality assured?

All producers listed on CraftLink are verified businesses with valid production licences. Product descriptions and specifications are provided directly by producers. CraftLink does not conduct independent laboratory testing but will investigate and act on quality complaints.
